1 clove garlic 1 Orange, peeled 4 ribs celery 1/4 bunch kale 1 lemon with skin
So yesterday I woke up with a sore throat and dry cough. A trip to my health food store and I'm on the juicing wagon for the next few days. This juice is quite strong but packs some serious punch!! Maybe start out with 1/4 clove and taste test before adding more so it isn't too strong for you and you can't drink it. Enjoy.
